Investment Oversight Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Support daily investment oversight and operational activities, including account and transaction monitoring.
• Prepare accurate client, portfolio, and operational reports and customized materials.
• Analyze data and maintain risk, exposure, limit, and control reporting.
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Assist with risk management and control processes and provide data-driven solutions to operational issues.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Advanced or highly proficient Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reporting.
• Experience in Operations, Investment Management, or Financial Services preferred.
• Exposure to risk management, controls, portfolio monitoring, or investment operations is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bloomberg, Python, or Tableau.
• CFA designation or progress toward the CFA.
