What you will do

• Manage daily cash positions and liquidity across fiat and digital asset accounts, reconciling internal records with bank and custodian statements.
• Process and authorise deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other client and proprietary portfolio transactions within established controls.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate breaks, support fiat trade settlements, and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Manage FX transactions, monitor currency exposures, and support investment position management within approved risk parameters.
• Prepare month-end treasury entries, reconciliations, management reports, and key cash and transaction metrics.
• Improve the treasury control framework through process redesign, automation, tooling, and cross-functional projects with Product.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in cash or transaction operations, preferably in financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
• Strong control and process mindset with experience in Finance or Operations.
• Degree-level education and progress toward or completion of ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent finance qualification.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modelling.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to complex or high-volume transactions.
• Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital assets, cryptocurrency markets, or blockchain-based settlement infrastructure.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle management, FX markets, and multi-currency cash management.
• Experience with treasury management systems, financial ERP platforms, or API-driven reconciliation tools.
• Experience in a high-growth fintech or digital asset environment.
