Master Data & Process Specialist

What you will do

• Set up, maintain, and govern customer, supplier, material, product, and other master data domains.
• Define and enforce master data quality standards, monitor quality KPIs, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end business processes related to master data.
• Align processes across ERP, CRM, PLM, and other applications.
• Collaborate with business units and IT to align data and process requirements.
• Support ERP and CRM program planning and prepare master data for the SAP implementation project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in master data management and/or business process improvement.
• Experience maintaining and assuring master data quality across ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, plus Italian and/or German.

Nice to have

• BPMN or equivalent process modeling certification.

• Total compensation starts at €52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement.
