Hardware (Electronics) Engineer (RF)

What you will do

• Design and develop radio and radar RF front-ends from specification through validation.
• Drive hardware architecture for electronic warfare and signal intelligence systems, balancing performance, robustness, and manufacturability.
• Design high-power switching supplies, narrow-pulse generation systems, high-voltage PCBs, power supplies, and shielding.
• Lead board bring-up, RF integration, prototyping, and validation against performance targets.
• Collaborate with system, software, mechanical, GNC, and ML teams on integration and technical interfaces.
• Contribute to design and architecture reviews and maintain consistency between requirements, design, and testing.

Requirements

• Strong background in RF hardware design, including radio or radar front-end design.
• Experience with high-voltage PCB, power-supply design, and shielding.
• MSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Broad engineering knowledge spanning mechanical, software, and embedded systems.
• Rigorous, structured, mission-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in RF integration.
• Experience with high-power switching supplies and narrow-pulse generation.
• PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Prior Electronic Warfare experience is not required.
