What you will do

• Complete immersive onboarding focused on market fundamentals and collaboration within the Leadership Rotation Network.
• Rotate through up to three middle- and back-office teams, such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury/Cash, and Business Management.
• Analyze situations, develop solutions aligned with strategic goals, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Lead projects and participate in daily operational processes supporting the trading business.
• Investigate data discrepancies, reconcile information across systems, and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Use technology and AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, improve workflows, and reduce manual effort and operational risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, structured datasets.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data tools, with the ability and interest to deepen these skills.
• Understanding of financial securities and their markets, plus interest in middle- and back-office operations.
• Must have work authorization in the United Kingdom without requiring sponsorship in the future.

Nice to have

• Internship experience or prior exposure to middle- or back-office roles and operations.
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and technology-driven operational efficiency.
