2027 Summer Associate - Corporate Finance - Turnaround & Restructuring - Boston, MA

Location: Boston, MA, United States; this position is in BRG’s Boston office.

What you will do

• Support Corporate Finance turnaround and restructuring client service teams across consulting engagements.
• Build 13-week cash flow, three-statement, and pro-forma scenario models.
• Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with BRG professionals, external advisors, and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Contribute to performance improvement, finance excellence, marketing, client pitches, and practice development initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity.

Requirements

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with junior and senior professionals, management, and other stakeholders.
• Must provide verification of legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
