Senior Data Analyst (SQL)

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and coordinate analytics and reporting projects, including timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Act as the central contact for senior stakeholders on KPIs, performance, quality, and customer behavior.
• Translate stakeholder problems, hypotheses, and decision needs into analytical questions, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Analyze data and develop actionable recommendations supporting operational efficiency and growth.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and advise senior stakeholders on data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and build scalable, data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
