Competitive Market Intelligence Manager

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Base salary: $137,250–$215,000 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end market research and competitive intelligence projects for complex business strategy initiatives.
• Analyze and interpret market data, competitor activity, industry trends, and external factors.
• Develop intelligence-gathering tactics, analytical approaches, research methods, and project strategies.
• Translate insights into recommendations for product roadmaps, business strategy, and financial performance.
• Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy, sales, product management, and corporate OKRs.
• Lead cross-functional communications, manage research budgets, and advise executives on risk and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience leading projects, negotiating deals, and driving financial improvement initiatives in management consulting, corporate strategy, IT product management, or market research.
• Advanced university degree such as an MBA or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, statistical analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, applications, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, facilitation, interviewing, influence, and relationship management skills.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities, including coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and independent management of multiple workstreams.
