Travel Business Analysis Lead (Business Analysis, Team Lead)

Location: On-site in Rosslyn, Virginia, United States; travel up to 25%.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year.

What you will do

• Gather and document travel business processes for an E-Government Travel System.
• Analyze complex business and system problems, perform what-if analysis, and propose alternative solutions.
• Elicit requirements through user groups, interviews, regulatory research, and other analysis methods.
• Draft requirements, design, and issue-resolution documents and provide product management deliverables.
• Develop test plans, execute manual and automated test scripts, and verify coverage with clients.
• Monitor project status throughout the lifecycle, report at milestones, provide subject matter expertise, and directly supervise two or more employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related professional experience and 5 years of experience with the software development lifecycle or project management.
• Expertise with E-Government Travel Systems and Federal Travel Regulations.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• BA/BS degree, strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; clearance is not required to apply.
• Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Experience with CGI Momentum applications.
• Experience with requirements elicitation and analysis or software testing.
• Knowledge of robotic process automation applications such as UI Path and UFT.
