Software Engineer 4

Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN; Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; or Iselin, NJ

Salary: $65.00–$70.00 per hour on W-2

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement software applications based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to improve development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with relevant programming languages, tools, frameworks, or platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms and services.
