Senior Fullstack Engineer II (Docker/Kubernetes)

Location: Remote in Brazil; collaboration with Brazil- and US-based teams.

What you will do

• Build high-quality, scalable products with engineers across the organization.
• Automate repetitive tasks, streamline software development workflows, and optimize deployment processes for faster, more reliable releases.
• Analyze engineering processes to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous integration and delivery best practices.
• Create technical documentation, guidelines, and development standards.
• Develop onboarding and technology training programs and mentor engineers through technical guidance, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
• Improve legacy codebases and evaluate tools, frameworks, and methodologies that strengthen engineering capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
• Proficiency writing software for production environments and working on platforms with multiple services.
• Experience collaborating on technical projects with engineers at different experience levels and working independently.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, collaboration, and customer-focused communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• DevOps or SRE experience.
• Production experience with Golang and Ruby.
• Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team, or contributing to engineering-wide initiatives.
