Software Engineer III (Fullstack)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Complete full-cycle development tasks including coding, requirements gathering, and technical analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and drive improvements in software engineering processes.
• Diagnose and prioritize system issues based on alignment with practice goals.
• Collaborate in planning sessions to build understanding of major architectures and design patterns.
• Support recruitment by evaluating technical assignments and conducting interviews.
• Present and document technical work for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Must have resided within the United States for three or more years out of the last five years.
• Must be able to undergo a background investigation for Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of engineering experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, VB.NET, C, C#, C++, Crystal Reports, Oracle, MS-SQL, or Tomcat 8.
• Experience working within an Agile Scrum environment.
