Senior Fullstack Engineer (HR Tech)

What you will do

• Design and maintain public-facing APIs and Agentic tools for enterprise customer extensions.
• Develop and own integrations with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Dayforce.
• Build and maintain shared platform services used across the engineering organization.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and testable code while providing thorough code reviews.
• Ensure production health through on-call rotations, incident response, and observability improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building reliable, performant applications and microservices.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proven full-stack experience across React, backend, and database layers.
• Deep AWS experience including compute, storage, networking, and monitoring.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS platform integrations (Workday, SAP, etc.).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring platforms.
• Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools in development workflows.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, specifically HR Tech or regulated domains.
