Sr. Software Engineer, Fullstack (UK)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain public-facing APIs and agentic tools that extend the platform.
• Develop and own integrations with enterprise HRIS platforms, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Dayforce.
• Build shared platform services and large-scale, multi-tenant cloud applications.
• Design modern microservices and cloud-native solutions while addressing architectural gaps.
• Write reliable, testable, scalable code, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
• Own production health through on-call rotations, incident response, post-incident reviews, and resiliency improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building reliable, high-performance applications and microservices.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with full-stack experience across React, backend, and database layers.
• Strong AWS experience across compute, storage, networking, and monitoring.
• Technical depth in networking, security, serverless, event streams, or a similar specialization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Customer-focused approach, curiosity, and willingness to learn and teach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or similar enterprise HR systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Datadog, or similar observability platforms.
• Experience using Generative AI tools or coding agents in development workflows.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, HR tech, regulated domains, or production ML/AI integrations.
• Open-source contributions or relevant side projects.
