Test Engineer - Traction Division

Location: Onsite in Aleksandrow Lodzki, Lodz, Poland

What you will do

• Execute testing processes for medium-voltage frequency converter components in line with required quality standards.
• Perform testing activities at designated test-station workstations.
• Operate, maintain, and report irregularities in testing and measurement equipment.
• Report and analyze test results.
• Inspect and accept components against technical specifications.
• Support new developments and implementation activities.

Requirements

• University degree in an engineering or technical field and at least 3 years of experience in testing, research, measurements, commissioning, or work with electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of power engineering, automation, power electronics, and electronics.
• SEP qualifications E and D.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and read electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with measurement devices, analytical skills, root-cause identification, independence, and strong work organization.
• Communicative English and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the design and operation of medium-voltage inverters.
