Software Engineer (AiOps)

Location: Poland; hybrid work with attendance at the assigned office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Leverage AiOps in incident management for hirify.global services.
• Identify operational issues and lead cross-functional teams through rapid incident resolution.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Corporate Security, Public Cloud, and Engineering teams to maintain high availability.
• Design and build tools, automation, and processes for cloud operations.
• Improve proactive monitoring, alerting, incident response, documentation, observability coverage, and technical debt management.
• Apply engineering practices focused on architectural design, testability, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience in an object-oriented or functional programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with large-scale production operations or reliability engineering.
• Experience with Kubernetes and public cloud platforms, preferably GCP or AWS.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm during major service outages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Availability to work a shift model.

• Understanding of networking, DNS, and operating systems.
