Location: Remote-FL, United States; flexibility to travel to project sites is required.
Salary: $28.00 per hour starting salary; final compensation depends on qualifications and licensing status.

What you will do
- Conduct advanced field and laboratory tests on construction materials, structures, and systems.
- Perform project inspections and assessments for compliance with specifications and standards.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from tests and inspections.
- Prepare technical reports and document findings, recommendations, and project results.
- Operate and maintain field and laboratory equipment while following safety procedures.
- Support project plans, quality assurance and quality control programs, and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical training is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in environmental, geotechnical, or construction-related fieldwork.
- Familiarity with field sampling, soil and groundwater testing, and field instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift equipment as needed.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineers and project managers.
