What you will do

• Prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Transaction Screen ESAs, and RSRA reports.
• Assist in completing Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Reviews, and Construction Draw Inspections.
• Conduct field site visits throughout Western New York, specifically in Buffalo and Rochester metropolitan areas.
• Obtain, review, and interpret historical, regulatory, and municipal records to evaluate risks.
• Independently manage due diligence assignments to meet project deliverable schedules.

Requirements

• BS in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field of study.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Buffalo, NY office (Hybrid).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Experience (1-3 years) with Phase I/II ESAs, Property Condition Assessments, or Draw Inspections is desired.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Quire or other report writing software platforms.
