ADP-Engineering (AI)

Location: Taicang, Jiangsu, China; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Contribute to engineering work related to energy, refrigeration, air-conditioning, and climate solutions.
• Apply data analysis and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
• Analyze problems and develop practical solutions using structured reasoning.
• Organize, coordinate, and communicate work clearly with colleagues.
• Rotate across different roles or locations as part of the development program.

Requirements

• Recent graduate within the past two years with a bachelor's or master's degree in energy and power engineering, building environment and energy application engineering, refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance; a top-10% departmental ranking is preferred.
• At least two relevant internships or six months of work experience.
• Practical understanding of new technologies, including AI, data analysis, or machine learning.
• Leadership experience in university, work, or community settings.
• CET-6 or above and proficiency in written and spoken English are required.
