Salary: $59,564–$82,567 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Lead daily transactional and account activity processing across multiple asset and client types.
  • Review team processing activities and approve securities and designated mid-tier cash transactions in the trust accounting system.
  • Monitor deadlines, quality-control standards, documentation archival, Salesforce records, and client communications.
  • Resolve complex transactions, regulatory-sensitive issues, exceptions, and escalated client matters.
  • Coach, mentor, train, schedule, evaluate, and supervise team members, including hiring and performance management.
  • Partner with managers, Sales, Relationship Management, and internal and external stakeholders on operational improvements and high-net-worth account initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent financial services experience.
  • At least 5 years of financial services experience in securities processing or asset servicing.
  • At least 1–2 years of leadership experience managing a financial services team.
  • Knowledge of financial services products, client service operations, quality control, and compliance requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, and Regulation E.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven office environment and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • At least 5 years of alternative investment experience.
  • Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) certification.
  • Self Directed IRA Industry Professional (SDIP) certification.
