Solution Specialist, Finance Systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP)

What you will do

• Lead Finance Systems change requests and Oracle ERP Cloud project implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Work with Finance partners to document current-state processes, standardise requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and define process improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional solution designs, configuration recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Assess impacts, risks, dependencies, and priorities across finance processes, data, integrations, applications, and controls.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, test-result validation, and business approval.
• Deliver integrations, data migrations, enhancements, releases, quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades, and change-adoption materials with technical teams, Oracle Support, and implementation partners.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including module interactions and third-party integrations.
• Experience managing at least two full-lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects, including R2R solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Tax; working knowledge of Receivables and Payables is preferred.
• Experience with configuration or development, SIT, UAT, release packaging, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to prepare functional design documents, process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Partner-management skills and the ability to explain solution options to business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud and Order Management Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM, Master Data Management, OTBI, and BI reporting tools.
• Experience with Concur, Kyriba, RPA, Oracle Integration Cloud, or other automation solutions.
• Experience working in a global or international business environment.
