Data Engineer III (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze business and platform performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain data pipelines supporting dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Use Python and SQL to extract, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate reporting needs into actionable analysis.
• Identify data quality issues, document metric definitions and reporting logic, and improve analytical workflows.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift.
• Experience with BI dashboards, data visualization, and analytics reporting.
• Experience building or contributing to data pipelines that support analytics and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with data governance and data quality practices.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, plus 3–7 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Finance industry experience.
• Experience with ETL technologies such as DBT, Fivetran, ADF, or SSIS.
• Exposure to GenAI and LLM technologies, including prompt engineering, LLM-based data processing, or RAG pipelines.
