Senior Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own business data as a reliable source of truth by maintaining accurate, consistent metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Build decision-making systems for business, marketing, finance, and other core functions.
• Write advanced SQL to analyze large, complex, and imperfect datasets.
• Define KPIs and improve measurement in partnership with stakeholders.
• Structure ambiguous business questions, identify root causes, and recommend actions that improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Exceptional SQL skills and the ability to work independently with large datasets.
• Strong experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
• Strong analytical and business judgment, including the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Exposure to Python or a strong understanding of data flows through products and technology systems.
