Senior Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own business data as a reliable source of truth by ensuring accurate, consistent, and trusted metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Build decision-making systems for business, marketing, finance, and other core functions through reporting and analytical frameworks.
• Use advanced SQL to analyze large datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
• Define key performance indicators and improve measurement in partnership with business teams.
• Structure ambiguous business questions, diagnose root causes, and recommend actions that improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently with large, complex, and imperfect datasets.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
• Strong analytical and business judgment, with the ability to translate analysis into clear stakeholder recommendations.
• Exposure to Python or a strong understanding of how data flows through products and technology systems.
