Software Engineer, Secure AI

Location: Remote (Spain)

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 per year, adjusted based on experience, skills, and location.

hirify.global develops an AI-powered support automation platform for automating support and business processes through an enterprise SaaS product.

What you will do

• Program and stabilize core microservices, integrating backend data pipelines with containerized inference runtimes.
• Design, expose, and optimize APIs for protected model ingestion, lifecycle events, and inference requests.
• Integrate security sidecars and provisioning modules for asymmetric decryption, signature validation, and attestation-gated asset release.
• Configure low-latency sidecar proxies and API gateways with encrypted mTLS communication.
• Maintain Helm charts and cloud-native configurations for isolated container runtimes across distributed execution clusters.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Python, Rust, or C/C++ for performant backend services, API frameworks, or system microservices.
• Experience or familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration scripts, and automated validation frameworks.
• Ability to work remotely from Spain.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital certificates, PKI, GPG, asymmetric encryption, TLS 1.3, or mTLS.
• Familiarity with Trusted Execution Environments, confidential computing, or remote attestation.
• Experience with high-throughput inference engines and serving frameworks such as vLLM or KServe in containerized environments.
