Senior Media Operations Manager (Paid Media)

Location: Fully remote and open to candidates globally

Compensation: $60,000–$120,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Scale media operations by building systems and processes for account management, campaign execution, quality control, reporting, escalation, training, and performance management.
• Lead multiple media teams through managers and team leads while developing their leadership capabilities.
• Define performance metrics and quality frameworks, identify cross-team trends, and turn insights into organizational improvements.
• Plan capacity, hiring requirements, and resource allocation in partnership with leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through technology, AI, automation, analytics, and more efficient operating processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or a related field.
• Extensive e-commerce experience and a strong understanding of media performance and client delivery.
• 3+ years managing media teams, managers, or multiple team leads.
• Experience building scalable operating systems and processes.
• Experience with capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation, AI, analytics, or operational technology.
• Experience in a high-growth agency, performance marketing, or similar environment.
