Location: Hybrid; requires Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly and U.S. work authorization

Salary: $260,000–$285,000 per year, plus $65,000–$71,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions

What you will do

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows using autonomous planning and tool use.
• Develop and maintain automated Python workflows and production pipelines.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis and analyze complex technical data.
• Develop and document new SIGINT tradecraft.
• Execute customer requests and conduct strategic customer outreach.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly required.
• At least 12 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 16 years of experience in place of the degree.
• Deep experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model optimization.
• Experience integrating AI into automated pipelines and production workflows using APIs and orchestration tools.
• Strong Python, data parsing and manipulation, networking, and open-source research skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems; familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
