Sr. Material Handler (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., and every other Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; every other Friday off.

Salary: $23.00–$26.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the storage and movement of raw materials, supplies, parts, components, and finished goods within the facility.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and warehouse-related activities.
• Execute inventory control processes, including cycle counts, variance reconciliation, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Process material-related workflows, documentation, and records management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, and data entry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Forklift operation experience; training and certification are provided.
• 5S or Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a team environment.
