AI & Data Science Engineer (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement AI solutions, including machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision applications.
• Translate client and stakeholder requirements into practical AI solutions and support solution validation.
• Support client relationships, requirements gathering, pre-sales activities, technical materials, and client presentations.
• Apply emerging AI technologies and contribute to best practices and methodologies within the AI & Data Science team.
• Participate in client AI solution projects and progressively take on greater autonomy in real-world environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Generative AI projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into the design and implementation of practical AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, observability, and AI guardrails.
• Extensive experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, and Langfuse.
• Experience addressing AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and other machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Strong proficiency in AI-powered software development and code generation tools.
• Extensive experience with source code management, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment frameworks, and enterprise software delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organization, prioritization, and deadline-management skills, with growing autonomy in assigned tasks and deliverables.
