Field Service Engineer (Marine Solutions)

Location: Trondheim, Norway; approximately 80–100 travel days per year.

What you will do

• Support vessel electrification projects and marine automation systems.
• Work on design, projects, service, commissioning, and technical support for Marine Solutions.
• Configure and support solutions involving UPS, drives, PLC, HMI, networks, digitalization, frequency converters, and battery technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers worldwide to deliver reliable and sustainable maritime solutions.
• Attend basic training in Trondheim and Oslo and specialized courses in Germany.

Requirements

• Education in electrical engineering, automation, or a related discipline.
• Experience in marine, offshore, industrial automation, power systems, or high-voltage work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80–100 days per year.
