Pay range: $125.00–$144.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide proactive primary care for adults and children.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Active state medical license required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• DEA certification preferred.
