Program Physician (Part-Time)

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado, USA — onsite at the treatment center

Compensation: $150–$185 per hour

hirify.global provides outpatient opioid addiction treatment, medication-assisted treatment, and counseling through a network of nearly 120 Joint Commission-accredited centers across 24 states.

What you will do

• Complete admission and annual physicals, medical histories, laboratory testing, and communicable-disease screenings.
• Review laboratory results and external medical documentation, assess co-morbidities and drug interactions, and manage patient care.
• Prescribe and titrate methadone or Suboxone, including dose changes, detoxification, and supervised withdrawal plans.
• Write and review medical orders, maintain patient records, and coordinate care with physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
• Provide medical consultation, training, and supervision for clinical staff, physicians, and nurse practitioners.
• Maintain availability for treatment-center staff and emergency-care providers, participate in peer reviews, and support regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Valid, active state medical license with current state controlled-substance registration and federal DEA certificate.
• DO or MD qualification.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone and in person and to read clinical and administrative materials.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work in a variable, sometimes high-stress medical environment.
• Availability from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays, with rotating Saturdays and on-call responsibilities.
