Engineer Quality QMS Intern (AI/Automation)

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Quality team to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Develop automation solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Copilot agents to streamline QMS processes.
• Build and maintain AI-powered Lean Six Sigma coaching agents.
• Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot the PEACE application using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Evaluate and prototype AI and automation use cases that improve efficiency, standardization, and user experience.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree during the internship in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Interest in AI, automation, and quality improvement.
• Good academic standing.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Ability to work at the Woodlands, Singapore location.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or co-op experience and demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience building AI solutions, copilots, agents, chatbots, or workflow automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, or Power BI.
• Project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
