What you will do

• Shape and communicate the cloud architecture strategy for Seequent’s cloud-based product portfolio.
• Evaluate modern cloud architectures, technologies, best practices, and technology selection options.
• Define architectural patterns and technical choices aligned with the Global Architecture strategy.
• Review team architectures and APIs for alignment with the target architecture.
• Drive architectural and technical convergence with product teams, customers, and partners.
• Document architectural decisions and explain their rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an architect or equivalent at a large-scale SaaS provider or cloud hyperscaler.
• At least 5 additional years of software development experience or equivalent.
• Problem-solving and lateral-thinking skills at the platform or system architecture level.
• Experience improving scalability, availability, and performance in cloud environments.
• Experience developing, documenting, and communicating architecture strategy for a significant global cloud-based SaaS solution.
• Experience collaborating and communicating across teams.
