Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States. The role requires a person who is a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing because of access to U.S.-controlled information and items.

Salary: $55–$70 USD per hour in California.

What you will do

• Manage full life cycle recruiting, primarily for engineering and manufacturing roles.
• Conduct recruiting intakes, post positions in Greenhouse, source passive candidates, interview applicants, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview feedback debriefs and prepare hiring teams with structured interview plans and best practices.
• Discuss and negotiate compensation and equity, extend offers, and guide candidates through the closing process.
• Complete background and reference checks and evaluate candidates against company mission and values.
• Build specialized candidate networks and continuously improve hiring efficiency and interview-to-offer ratios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant degree.
• 3+ years of full life cycle technical or engineering recruiting experience.
• U.S. person status or eligibility for deemed export licensing is required, including U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, lawful permanent residence, or qualifying asylee or refugee status.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently with urgency, precision, flexibility, and composure under pressure.

• Experience working with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience sourcing candidates with niche technical expertise.
