TL;DR
Lead Software Engineer (AI) (.NET/LLMs): Building production-grade microservices, APIs, event-driven workflows, and agentic AI systems with an accent on C#/.NET, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integrations. Focus on designing reliable multi-step AI workflows, modernizing legacy components, and leading hands-on delivery across scalable cloud applications.

What you will do
- Write production-quality code across services, APIs, workflow engines, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Lead feature delivery from design through deployment and production support.
- Design and evolve scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, integrations, and event-driven workflows.
- Build agentic AI workflows using LLMs, tool and function calling, structured outputs, context management, and workflow state.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources, business applications, APIs, queues, and operational systems.
- Guide architecture decisions, identify implementation risks, and mentor engineers through design, pairing, code reviews, and delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience and experience leading complex features, services, or technical workstreams.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and production service development.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-enabled applications, agentic AI patterns, workflow orchestration, tool/function calling, context management, structured outputs, and workflow state.
- Experience with microservices, relational databases including SQL Server or PostgreSQL, NoSQL stores, caching, performance optimization, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, observability, secure coding, CI/CD, and production support.
- Frontend experience with React or Angular and demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and improve team execution.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, Java, TypeScript, or polyglot engineering environments.
- Experience with message queues, event streaming, workflow orchestration platforms, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, or semantic search.
- Experience building AI evaluation harnesses, prompt and version management, safety checks, or governance workflows.
- Background with high-throughput, real-time, operationally critical SaaS systems and Agile/Scrum delivery.
