Software Solutions Product Manager

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-centric software solutions.
• Lead customer discovery, segmentation, journey mapping, and experience optimization.
• Own the software product lifecycle from concept and launch through adoption and continuous improvement.
• Develop positioning, messaging, use cases, and go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and business performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, customers, and partners to deliver cohesive software experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in software product management or related roles.
• Experience delivering customer-centric software products in global, cross-functional environments.
• Experience with SAFe Agile processes and cross-functional product delivery teams.
• Strong product strategy, roadmap development, analytics, stakeholder alignment, and customer experience skills.
• Strategic thinking, clear communication, execution discipline, adaptability, and end-to-end ownership.
