Head of Internal Control - Financial Reporting and Integrity

What you will do

• Safeguard the integrity and reliability of financial reporting processes across the organization.
• Lead the continuous enhancement of the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework.
• Partner with Finance leadership to strengthen governance, transparency, compliance, and control ownership.
• Drive standardization and automation of financial controls and monitoring activities.
• Apply data-driven assurance techniques to improve risk identification and control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Audit, and Digital teams on integrated assurance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Controls, ICFR, Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, or Controllership.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, governance, and control frameworks.
• Experience with Treasury, Tax, Record-to-Report, and financial close processes.
• Proven ability to drive automation and process improvements in finance environments.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• CPA, CA, ACCA, CIA, or a similar professional qualification.
