✔️ Requirements:
- Experience in the high-risk industry: PSP, Payments, Forex, Gambling/iGaming, or related fields.
- Experience as a Senior Sales, Head of Sales, Head of Account Management, or in a similar leadership position.
- Strong understanding of the merchant side and the payments market.
- Experience in building sales processes and managing a team.
- Ability to set goals and KPIs independently and take responsibility for achieving them.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to build a sales function from scratch.
- Willingness to travel to international conferences and industry events.
- Languages: English, Russian.
