Account Director, Strategist - Agency

Location: New York, NY; in-office five days per week

Salary: $178,000–$223,000 annual fixed salary, plus annual bonus and employee equity plan grant.

What you will do

• Lead the pre-sale strategy for agency-sourced integrations across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Create pitch decks, concept documents, KPI models, and custom pricing frameworks for agency briefs.
• Translate marketer objectives into content integration opportunities and agency-ready campaign packages.
• Develop custom case studies, audience-sizing data, and flexible creative executions.
• Manage multiple high-priority accounts and concurrent deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver post-campaign insights, measurement snapshots, and anonymized success stories for future pitches.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy, media planning, or platform and publisher partnerships focused on agency channels.
• Experience working at, selling into, or sourcing from at least three major holding companies.
• Track record of packaging integrated campaigns for agency-sourced clients from the publisher or agency side.
• Strong media literacy and the ability to define hirify.global integrations without relying on Production for explanation.
• Ability to operate in a high-volume environment with multiple concurrent deals.
• Ability to work in-office in New York five days per week.
