Accounting Generalist

hirify.global develops rockets and the Terran R launch vehicle to deliver customer payloads to orbit and expand commercial launch capacity.

What you will do

• Review, validate, and set up vendors, including W-9s, banking details, credit applications, and business partner records.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Process payments and billing activities, review and approve invoices, and prepare Accounts Payable reports.
• Support Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and day-to-day vendor communications.
• Maintain vendor systems and accounts, including Amazon administration, order approvals, and vendor data.
• Update SOPs, support onboarding training, and ensure vendor procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Experience in vendor onboarding, Accounts Payable, or finance operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Infor LN ERP, formerly BAAN.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, 1099 reporting, and JIRA workflows.
