Staff Accountant

Location: Based in the Los Angeles office, California

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base salary per year plus equity

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable operations.
• Maintain the general ledger and deliver month-end close activities.
• Support inventory accounting and complete bank and account reconciliations.
• Analyze accounting data and support the first external financial audit.
• Help build durable accounting systems and scale reporting infrastructure.
• Take increasing ownership across the full accounting function while working with the Director of Accounting.

Requirements

• Experience with core accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Ability to support inventory accounting in an inventory-intensive marketplace.
• Ability to analyze accounting information and support audit preparation.
• Ability to work from the Los Angeles office.
