Senior Client Specialist - Client Support (AML)

Location: Hybrid arrangement for local candidates based in Chicago, IL and surrounding Chicagoland areas. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Incentive compensation may also be available.

What you will do

• Support the US Specialty Deposits line of business.
• Lead and coordinate AML High Risk periodic refreshes across the portfolio.
• Complete seven-year refreshes and monitor review status.
• Drive timely completion of compliance reviews and deadlines.
• Provide general client service support as needed.
• Engage with business partners, including senior management, to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Experience leading and coordinating AML High Risk periodic refreshes.
• Experience monitoring portfolio review status and supporting compliance deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate detailed information effectively and work collaboratively.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
