Senior Staff Engineer - DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for a platform engineering team or major workstream.
• Design and operate production-grade AWS infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Build and optimize GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement DevSecOps practices covering SAST, SCA, dependency and vulnerability remediation, and secrets management.
• Operate Linux, Docker, and production services, including on-call, incident, and change management.
• Integrate AI into developer workflows, agentic automation, CI steps, code generation, and documentation pipelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software or platform engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node, with strong Python skills.
• Deep AWS experience and production Terraform/IaC expertise.
• Expertise in GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design, with strong Git and GitHub fluency.
• Solid DevSecOps knowledge and experience operating production services with Linux, shell, and Docker.
• Daily fluent use of Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot, plus working knowledge of LLM fundamentals and AI-assisted development standards.

Nice to have

• Azure secure-access patterns.
• AWS Session Manager and IAM experience.
• Experience building developer platforms or internal paved-road tooling at scale.
