Principal DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote from Argentina

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and enhance Shared Hosting and Shared Wordpress platforms
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Terraform and Ansible
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable software delivery
• Optimize platform usability, performance, and Apache web server configurations
• Monitor platform health, implement proactive alerting, and manage container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Troubleshoot production issues, ensure security best practices, and drive operational excellence

Requirements

• Available for contact on non-working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience with Linux system administration
• Strong knowledge of Apache/Nginx configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash)
• Good understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative team work

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD
• C/C++ experience for compiling packages
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana)
• Experience with cloud platforms, OCI preferred
