Employee Benefits Senior Account Executive (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage and expand relationships with large, complex employee benefits clients.
• Develop and execute benefit strategies, renewal plans, and cost-containment initiatives.
• Lead and mentor Account Managers and junior support staff.
• Coordinate client communications, wellness programs, benefit enrollment, and open enrollment timelines.
• Present renewal details and customized financial analyses to clients.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and data analytics teams on self-funded benefits marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of account management experience with large, complex employee benefits accounts covering 100+ employees.
• Proven success managing client relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Understanding of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Ability to calculate customized financial analyses and clearly interpret the results.
• State Life and Health Producer license required.
• Self-funded employee benefits experience and strong attention to detail required.

Nice to have

• Industry professional designation.
• Experience with Epic, Employee Navigator, or other agency management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
