IT Coordinator (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Coordinate local infrastructure, telecommunications, server, and data center operations to maintain availability, performance, security, and service continuity.
• Lead coordination activities for technical teams, multidisciplinary groups, global support teams, and external providers.
• Manage incidents, escalations, service requests, business requirements, and infrastructure-related risks through resolution.
• Coordinate infrastructure and IT technology projects, including solution implementations, progress tracking, and client status presentations.
• Prepare capacity, performance, budget, project, incident, critical event, and escalation reports, including OPEX/CAPEX tracking.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, patch compliance, access reviews, audit evidence collection, and IT service continuity or disaster recovery activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT coordination, infrastructure coordination, telecommunications coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating technical teams of 10 or more people and working with multidisciplinary, client-facing infrastructure services.
• Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, telecommunications, servers, and data center operations.
• Experience with infrastructure projects, incident and escalation management, security standards, patch management, access control, vulnerability management, risk management, and audits.
• Advanced English proficiency and an updated Cisco CCNA certification are required.
