Salary: $31,575 - $44,000 MXN Monthly

What you will do

• Provide on-site infrastructure support for local and remote users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PC, printer, and mobile device issues.
• Configure and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Implement and maintain security protocols for the production network.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and asset inventory.
• Assist with capacity planning and network growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting PC users and IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office, iOS, and Android ecosystems.
• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Zapopan, Mexico.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
