Business Analytics Associate

What you will do

• Translate stakeholder and senior analyst requirements into reports, extracting and visualizing data from organizational sources.
• Monitor business performance and the financial impact of strategic projects, accounts, and suppliers, including margin analysis against forecasts.
• Analyze revenue, churn, customer performance, profitability, and industry trends to support regional and departmental objectives.
• Support pricing strategies, business models, special deals, custom pricing analyses, risk assessments, scenario analysis, and ROI models.
• Collect and document business and technical information for major customer and supplier deals.
• Collaborate with finance, product, sales, project management, and other stakeholders to share insights and improve operations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data visualization.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or a similar BI and analytics platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets; background in business analytics, financial analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent spoken Mandarin/Chinese is required.
