AI & Data Science Consultant

Location: Bari, Italy, with smart working possibility and hybrid in-person collaboration

Salary: Gross annual base salary starting from €38,000

What you will do

• Design and implement AI solutions involving generative AI, machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Translate client and stakeholder requirements into practical AI solutions and validate proposed solutions.
• Support client relationships, requirements gathering, presentations, and pre-sales activities.
• Develop and maintain AI solution best practices and methodologies.
• Apply emerging AI technologies in real client environments and progressively manage assigned deliverables with greater autonomy.

Requirements

• Proven experience with generative AI projects and AI-powered software development tools.
• Deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, observability, and AI guardrails.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, and Langfuse.
• Knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with source code management, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project organization skills.

Nice to have

• Previous involvement in pre-sales or solution support tasks.
