AI Engineer - Graduate Development Program

Location: Hybrid in Trento or Milan, Italy. Candidates must be based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit and applicants must have the legal right to work in Italy.

What you will do

• Develop products through the full lifecycle, from requirements to delivery.
• Design, develop, train, evaluate, and iterate on machine learning models and generative AI solutions.
• Work with language models and techniques including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Build and ship innovative products with cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex technical problems into scalable and efficient solutions.
• Develop software engineering foundations for bringing AI models into production.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline, obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record.
• Programming experience with Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Fluent English at B2+ level.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Based in Italy or willing to relocate to Italy.
• Non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit and all applicants must have the legal right to work in Italy.
