Salary: €96,100 – €124,400

What you will do

• Lead discovery and strategy to translate business KPIs into actionable technical AI priorities and use cases.
• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and data flows for AI-powered experience orchestration.
• Deliver rapid POC and MVP implementations using hirify.global Cloud AI Studio and Agentic Virtual Agents.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure intent accuracy, retrieval groundedness, and response relevance.
• Architect agentic systems, including defining agent topology, tool schemas, and orchestration logic.
• Mentor customer, partner, and internal teams to build long-term AI maturity and self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Italy
• 8–12 years of experience in AI implementation, CX/CCaaS platform consulting, or technical solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience building, evaluating, or operating LLM-powered agents in production environments.
• Proficiency with APIs, data pipelines, and modern cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Technical skills in Python for evaluation scripting and SQL for operational data querying.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with industry verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Public Sector.
• Multilingual communication ability for collaboration across the EMEA region.
